Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, says he will resign from office if President Bola Tinubu loses either the Federal Capital Territory or Rivers State in the 2027 presidential election.
Wike made the declaration while receiving members of the Association of Apo Mechanic Village, who visited him to seek the FCT Administration’s intervention over the proposed relocation of their workshop.
The minister said he was confident that Tinubu would win both the FCT and Rivers State, adding that he was prepared to stake his ministerial position on the outcome.
