Oyo State Governor and Presidential Candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement, Seyi Makinde, has congratulated leaders of the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) who emerged at the party’s National Convention in Bauchi, particularly Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, who was elected national leader.
Makinde also thanked the people of Bauchi State for hosting delegates from across the country and for their warm reception.
He said the APM had, within a short period, emerged as an opposition party to reckon with, stressing that its next task was to collaborate with other opposition parties to provide Nigerians with a credible alternative ahead of the 2027 general election.
“Our task is to ensure that we work with other opposition parties in Nigeria to present a credible alternative for Nigerians in the 2027 general election,” he said.
